Rates:

Work is charged by the hour with an initial commitment of 1 hour, work will then be charged at 15 minute increments.

Hourly rates relate to professional services, any additional costs incurred such as postage, stationery, travel, telephone or any other expenses will be added to the client’s bill at cost.

Rates can be negotiated and tailored to your specific requirements.

Retainer Packages:

You can choose a monthly retainer package which guarantees a set number of hours per month:
Package A – 20 hours per month
Package B – 30 hours per month
Package C – 40 hours per month

Terms

The client will receive a detailed copy of Virtual e Simple’s Terms & Conditions on initial consultation. A signed and completed agreement and client proposal form is required prior to any work commencing.

Normal turnaround for general work is 24 – 48 hours dependent of the proposal. Completion times will be discussed and agreed prior to commencement.

All documents, emails and attachments etc will be scanned for viruses

Final proofreading remains the responsibility of the client. Any errors will be rectified free of charge if returned or notified within 48 hours.

Financial Terms

A deposit of 20% of the estimated cost is expected with the signed Service Agreement. An invoice will be sent with the completed work to be paid strictly within 14 days.

All materials will be billed and itemised on all invoices.

Clients will be charged to the nearest 15 minutes, with an initial minimum of 1 hour of work being charged.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality Agreements can be signed should this be required prior to commencement of work. Virtual e Simple assures clients that client discretion is of the greatest importance at all times.
